Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services. Formal engagement is initiated only upon execution of a written agreement.

Fees for consulting services are as agreed in the Engagement Letter. All amounts are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Payment terms, milestones, and invoicing schedules are specified in the Engagement Letter. Late payments may attract interest as specified in the agreement or as permissible under Indian law.

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement as per the notice period and conditions specified in the Engagement Letter. Upon termination: • The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. • StrategikEdge shall deliver all completed work products. • Confidentiality and intellectual property obligations shall survive termination. Termination of engagement does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of this website shall first be sought to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in India. The language of arbitration shall be English. All courts proceedings, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
